This rating refers exclusively to the "customer service", I am not (yet) able to give the medical rating. However, the way of dealing with patients / customers is more than questionable. Deadlines are poorly kept in practice. Waiting times of up to an hour (with a child) seem to be the rule. However, if you arrive 15 minutes late due to the congestion and announce this by phone, you will be informed that you cannot come any more. New appointment with over a month waiting time. Communication on the phone was unfriendly. You don't have to accept that.

A very good orthodontist, very nice staff, good work, teeth are exactly as they should be, in case of problems they always stay calm and answer all questions.

A practice with experienced and friendly staff! My teeth got very straight despite the difficult starting position, it was worth it. The waiting times are reasonable and the practice is modern.
