She was rude, I was treated very rudely as a patient in the practice. I will not recommend the practice. She had no empathy for me at all.

A pity I would just like to describe my situation. I haven't lived in NMS that long, so I haven't been to a dentist on site. (I know, my mistake, I should have taken care of it long ago) Now, on December 20, 2019 (Friday), a large filling fell out and asked to be treated spontaneously as an emergency patient. In addition, I'm going on vacation on December 21, 2019. Unfortunately this was unsuccessful and I should devote myself to the emergency service over the weekend. I have to say, I don't want to go to a dentist who can't help in emergency situations.

In this practice, unfortunately, the employees are the victims. A doctor should treat her colleagues respectfully and not shout at her in front of the patient! A dentist who is not even your mistakes should not practice this profession. As a result of treating what goes wrong and accepting no apology and opinion, I see such a person as inappropriate and incompatible with this profession. Please avoid this place, there are numerous other dentists who are friendly and take your job seriously. My money is as good as thrown out with this treatment, really a pity.

I would have liked to have such a competent dentist earlier, every step is explained very well and understandably, the whole team around Dr. med. Peper is friendly, helpful and well trained. This practice can be confidently recommend
