For a while I was struggling whether I should write something, but I'm so angry that I do it today and can only award one star. But that goes more to the receptionist. The following, I may have a root inflammation. Since the practice is closed for 2 weeks, I wanted to have myself examined briefly in order to avoid any pain that might arise. I got an appointment at 12.45 p.m. with waiting time !!! Unfortunately, due to the overcrowded Altonaerstr. on site at 12.55 p.m. When I checked in, the woman at reception sent me away again. Your statement .... I would be too late !!! I said what about the announced waiting time from 12.45 p.m. You could offset that. It's about 10 minutes !!! Nothing to do. I had to go. The practice then went on vacation at 1.30 p.m. for 2 weeks. Fortunately, I left enough money in the practice beforehand. And luckily there are 100 other dentists. Maybe you are even better off there! It's a shame that patients with statutory health insurance keep feeling that ... Oh, and the opening times are not right either ...

Miss Dr. Gresch is the best dentist we've ever had. She is really first class, both professionally and personally! Honest, friendly and calm no matter how difficult the case or how stressful the day is. Thank you very much at this point!
