Very disappointing! The practice was recommended to me. I called first thing in the morning about a minor emergency. A piece of a tooth had broken out in the upper front area. A small thing, but not nice. On the phone I was told that I should first come to the practice in person, fill out a form there and then I would be able to get an appointment. But not that fast either ... Even after I said that the one-way trip would take about 30 minutes for me, they insisted. Conclusion: A telephone appointment is not possible for new customers, but in times of COVID-19 you have to present at least twice (even if it is urgent). This is how "trust and service" works today;)

Very good support and advice. I am happy to take 1 hour to get there.
