I came here from another practice last year. No matter which doctor you go to, you feel well cared for at all times. Despite the lack of time and stress, everyone does a great, professional job there. And I too would like to highlight Fr. Stoltenberg. I have diabetes and needs to take blood regularly. In the past this was my biggest horror, but Fr. Stoltenberg took it from me through her competence and friendliness. Maybe you just have to rethink your own behavior. I like to stay patient here.

I'm actually very satisfied with the practice, I've been there for ages. The doctors are great and some practice assistants. But as some previous speakers have already said, there is often a mess and this apparently creates a bad mood. Sharp tones are not uncommon, especially when you ask something. My son was also snapped at once because he didn't understand something immediately. Small update: Had to go to the practice for first aid at short notice because of an accident at work of my son at the end of the office hours, and it was a pleasant atmosphere. The doctor and office hours assistant were very helpful and empathetic. Everything explained perfectly and took your time. So think there are only a few situations where things go haywire and the tone may become harsh. In the past few months, however, we didn't notice it despite the corona. Everything great
