Urgent pain, no appointment available despite referral. After asking several times, still nothing free. When asked if they would recommend a colleague, only stupid answers and snotty smack. Absolutely unfriendly and not at all customer oriented.

A doctor who does not listen, does not get a uniform picture of the patient and ultimately does not know what exactly I would like to have treated, because he has clung to a diagnosis for me, goes through his questionnaire strictly and does not allow any deviations (also not medically, then he takes action: if the described processes do not run according to his will in my body). Since he didn't care what I had to say, I was sent out with a prescription, even though I don't want to take any medication. His words; I know you want to tell me a lot but answer ONLY to my questions. WTF He had time for his cell phone .. went out during his speech, but came back in a timely manner. Personnel dismissive and derogatory. Despite a long lead time and early morning appointment, waited 1 hour. For me a person who cannot see the real focus.

Despite referral from the HA because of severe headaches no appointment, allegedly "nothing free" also very patziges staff. Conclusion: Thumbs down !!!
