I can't understand the bad reviews. Sometimes it doesn't fit humanly, that can happen. Then you just have to look for another doctor. The entire practice and Dr. Kutscheid very empathetic and helpful. It gives you the feeling of listening and conveys humanity. I've known the practice team for years and I've even grown dear to them all. Unfortunately, I often feel very bad, but I am always treated directly. And my own ideas will be taken into account if the doctor deems it useful. But you are heard and you can have a say. I am completely satisfied. Of course it is clear that there is an emergency for psychiatrists and other doctors. Of course, there is sometimes time pressure. But I can only say good things and I will be listened to in peace. I thank you at this point and hope to be able to convey that the practice is good. But of course it doesn't fit everyone, that's human
