Not so good. The workers work with outdated machines, if they have any for their work.

My experiences from my 11-day internship: At Krabbe Elektrotechnik GmbH I was often allowed to work with heavy equipment, which was not the case in other internships. In addition, there was often something to do for me as an intern. The staff and the boss are very nice. Unfortunately, these were all positive sides. Most company cars are demolished, have problems with the engine, or the interior is damaged. The machines are outdated. Often you work without a blueprint. There are employees there who like to leave their stress on one. Many machines are also defective, or do not work properly. You get your "own" toolbox, where only 6 screwdrivers are inside. At the final meeting there was a nice gift. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Krabbe Elektrotechnik GmbH either for an internship or for an apprenticeship.
