Marggraf, Thomas-Elektrotechnik

Unfortunately, we were tied to the company Marggraf Elektrotechnik from Neumünster through our property developer. If we had known beforehand how we worked, we would have removed this trade and decided on a local company. The company Marggraf did the complete new electrical installation for us and many problems arose. For example, we had a partial power failure due to loose connections in the fuse box. The bell was wired incorrectly, so that it only worked as soon as the outside lights were on. The plaster around the flush-mounted boxes was partially so damaged that we had to re-fill in many places. Requested rework was simply rejected. The control of the ventilation system, which we ordered from the developer, was not installed professionally. A renovation that was subsequently commissioned by the developer went completely wrong. Agreements don't seem to have worked here. Due to these disappointments and experiences, we can unfortunately not recommend Marggraf Elektrotechnik from Neumünster.

As part of our new building on the outskirts of Hamburg, "Marggraf Elektrotechnik" was given by our developer for any electrical installation in the house. We were still in the planning phase (when we did not know the company) very skeptical, as far as the additional costs are concerned and wanted to have all possible prices in the additional cost of the developer. However, even at the time we were having problems sourcing construction services, we realized that this company was a fair, competent and reliable operation and that our concerns were out of place. When it came to the electrorohinstallation, we had the first closer contact with the staff of Marggraf and we were very pleasantly surprised at how fixed and structured the work was done. While we discussed the details of each room with Mr. Burow, the rooms where we were already finished were "wired" directly. Still on the spot, the additional costs were calculated on the basis of the pricelist previously submitted by Marggraf to us and these were significantly lower than we had feared before the start of construction. We have also taken up the offer to install "coviva", which is a smart home solution using wireless technology and are so far satisfied, even though we have previously set up only the shutters via App Control. Afterwards, there were problems on the upper floor, which were remedied within a week. We can absolutely recommend this farm and thank you for the great work!
