It had to be a new vacuum cleaner. The consultant, Ms. Kegel, was there without much waiting. Advice was super friendly and very competent. Every question was answered comprehensively and you could tell that Ms. Kegel is very knowledgeable in her field. We felt we were in good hands. The old device could also be handed in at the cash register. Of course, you can buy cheaper on the Internet than in a local specialist store, but with good advice, I am happy to accept the "extra charge". That was the case here. Thank you very much, Ms. Kegel, and we'd love to do it again! P.S. The nice lady at the till is always available for a funny saying ... :-)

Clear, tidy, clean shop with competent staff! Here you get exactly what you really need and are not ignored as with the "I'm not stupid" competition. During a relaxed stroll through the shop, I was greeted nicely by 5 salespeople and I was offered help in every area! Even when I honestly said I had a question about a device that I bought from the competition, it was answered and a solution was quickly found. In the future, I will only buy from expert.
