Simple and honest advice. I bought 2 mattresses. 😉

Custom made mattresses have been promised to us with two weeks delivery time. That was two months ago. Now they will probably be delivered next year with at least (!) Four months delay! The spare mattresses are too small for our beds (and me) and way too hard. The pillows we ordered with "are still with us". At least they are warm and dry. We only paid for everything we got. So far we got information only on request and there were no attempts to meet us. Service is something else. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Very good advice from Mrs. Dietrich super friendly lady with a great deal of expertise never had such a competent and funny advice just the mattress slow motion she has shown us is a dream thank you for this great mattress again and again gladly to look it is always worthwhile with these Temperatures are worth it because they are always cool thanks to Mrs. Dietrich and the team in Neumünster
