First time there, prices were reasonable. Sale people very nice. Restaurant, top waitresses, very nice even knowing Monday comes a shut down because of Corna virus.

Really bad customer service. I ordered a bed with 7-8 weeks waiting time, it arrived after 10 Weeks. After picking the product up and driving it to Kiel and during assembly I realised that they had given me the wrong product (similar model, other width) which was not what I had ordered and did not fit into my room. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for them to sort out how I am getting the product I ordered and for them to pick the item they gave me up. Have been sleeping with my mattress on the ground for 3 weeks, because they can’t sort out their mistake. Quite disappointing.

Found the couch that we want, just have to sleep on that price.
