Impossible behaviors here. Internally, people do not adhere to data protection and talk about someone with unauthorized persons outside of work. How did outsiders know about diagnoses and treatments if you supposedly didn't have this person on the outside ?! A complaint was dismissed that no one was supposed to have brought anything outside, although witnesses had clearly mentioned the employee's name as the source. This clinic should be avoided if it is important to you that personal information is handled properly! You didn't even get an apology, just poor. Never again Hahnknüll Nms!

So far, despite the clientele of the patients, has always been at peace. However, this time at another station with 2 caregivers, there was no peace at all. As a mentally ill person, some of you are labeled as 1 small child even though you are over 40. Which is also not possible that the discharge date has been known for over 2 weeks and you are not able to have finished writing the letter on the discharge day. This is also possible at other stations, even if there are date errors in it. It has nothing to do with the doctors, nor with any of the nurses. Strangely enough, the doctor's letter on the day of discharge was always ready at 1 other station, and the virus is just what people may want to go home to, for example, to find something else to eat. Oh and with new medication you don't really have to discuss whether the doctor or the nursing needs the medication plan 1 to 2 days beforehand to get the medication if necessary, especially if the doctor is 20km away.

First stay was very good. Was threatened at the second but by a co-patient several times and have received no help from the care, all you could offer was that I leave the clinic. I am very disappointed and would not recommend the clinic in any case.

With infectious diseases one is overwhelmed, I had a week with a norovirus patient sharing the room and toilet despite repeated requests on my part, security and precautions were neglected. Now I'm sick too and I have to go to a clinic.
