Seldom seen a doctor who is so convinced of herself. The then also to expose the nice employee who took the blood measurements on my legs as: "He has nothing to report here, he is not a doctoral student, just a 450 Euro force". Rarely experienced anything like this. I will definitely never enter this practice again!

The first appointment was made quickly. Shortly logged in, 3 minutes in the waiting room and got there immediately. On the following appointment I sat in the waiting room for over an hour so that the doctor told me we had to make a new appointment. That could have been said to me on the phone. Now I've been trying to reach someone by phone for 6 weeks to make a new appointment. Only nobody ever answers the phone.

Miss Dr. Krohn is friendly and competent. Unfortunately, the agreed surgery date was canceled at the last second. The reason for this was the absolute inability of the receptionist who, despite a fixed appointment (with my wife at the doctor's request), sent me or my wife home from the practice after 1 1/2 hours of waiting in vain for the necessary preliminary discussion. Now I still have my symptoms and have to look for another doctor. CONCLUSION: The best doctor is of no use if the employees are incompetent.

The new practice location is very modern and bright, really nice. Unfortunately, practice management needs to be optimized. Appointments are too close together, the crowd can be navigated here, but this has a disadvantage because everyone waits at least an hour for a treatment with the doctor with an appointment. This has happened to me twice so far. Telephone availability must definitely be improved. Couldn't cancel my appointment and requested a new appointment by email. As far as the doctor is concerned, definitely to be recommended. Friendly, helpful and also goes deeper into you treatment. Thank you, keep it up 💪👍💪

Practice has moved. I have already reported it to Google several times, without success. The new address is Altonaer Straße 34, 24534 Neumünster.
