SKAGEN Outlet Neumünster

One of the best outlets. Columbia shop's prices were fairly friendly.

Had around 10 Skagen watches so far and was always satisfied. Now the bracelet is defective, cannot be exchanged in the outlet and has to be sent in, costs 41 €> We will contact you. After 6 weeks I asked how long it should take. Answer: Request to the repair service was unsuccessful so far. Can try again and we will contact you or the watch can be picked up again due to unsuccessfulness. Because of a BRACELET !!!! Can't swap them !!!!!!!!! Spinning the ??????????? What should you do with a watch without a bracelet? That’s about it, Skagen.

Seen: € 118, - But only half of it today. Almost € 60, - Bought watch - drove home - watch does not work - Called: "Yes, the clocks are already old. You can swap them or have a new battery installed. But only here" And on it goes: Tried to change the battery in the home town: Not possible. Special tools required So: Driven to the Neumünster outlet again. Employee has the right tools, but cannot open the watch. "We just have to send them in!" And: That would be possible up to three times (!). And: Exchange is not possible because the watch has been engraved (free offer with purchase). I was never pointed out to that. So I: Rumkrakeelt how often I would have to appear here to finally get a new, as good as new and working watch for my money. And finally: The clock is exchanged And on it goes: Clock stopped tonight, after 10 days (!) Now I can: 1.) Go back to the outlet in Neumünster. 2.) Find a watchmaker who can do a battery change for me. 3.) Put the watch in the trash. (is this hazardous waste?) Why is the company doing this to itself?

Good advice, friendly staff, hardly any outlet prices.
