Unfreundlicher Anbieter. Verben mit unkomplizierten Anschluss und was ist ? Am Vertrag beginn kein Internet!! Und dann wird man beim Kundenservice am Telefon noch angelogen das ja alles in die Wege geleitet ist . Zwei Tage später sagt eine andere Person das es leider zum Vertragsbeginn nichts wird und man Verständnis haben soll!! Kommen ein nicht mal entgegen. Sau Laden wird gleich wieder gekündigt!!

Here you have to bring a lot of patience 😒 After three more attempts to reach someone on the hotline, I stopped after 21m of music on hold. The fourth attempt it says ..... outside of business trips?!?! If you finally have a contact person at the "pipe", you come across pure arogance & unfriendliness ... Well, the old provider has been switched off for a week & the SWN doesn't need to agree on a customer-oriented appointment .... It works for you! Unfortunately, a waiver is due here. Honestly the club is the last one! i think i am switching to green electricity Can I still get away cheaper than with the swn ..

I've been waiting for my fiber optic connection since autumn 2018! Nothing has happened here for 5 months. There are cables in the apartments. Outdoor distributor was exchanged last year without comment from SWN. SERVICE is an absolute disaster !! Woe not to pay the bill on time afterwards. Then you will surely be quick with the reminder! When they installed the distributor for the apartments after a long delay, they wanted to tell us it is up to us until the cable is in the apartment. We had this done within 5 days. Then it came out that the wrong distributor was attached. I can not recommend it!

You will be passed on to a electricity provider and you will get the basic tariff, apart from the fact that I only received notification from the old one, as well as from the SWN, after 2 months that a change was taking place. Now I am moving from Neumünster to Halstenbek and will NOT take the electricity into the new apartment, but I am clapped at 400 euros for moving, after 2 months it is (without interim calculation) 700 and a few crushed, calls are dismissed, when asked Whether I can visit the Golden Line, which seems to be specially made for me, is not responded to when I am asked whether the contract that I NEVER signed at the time was a moving fee of 400 oks, WITHOUT at all Moving electricity, being able to show it, is done directly. The management would not speak to someone like me, they say. Well let's see how it goes on.
