Hello, my wife called the parental allowance office in Kiel / Neumünster / Plön today. Has had a very good and informative conversation with Mr. Neubauer. Mr. Neubauer was very nice, helpful and competent, although we actually belong to the RD district (there it is unfortunately a little more difficult to get on the phone to so.). Thank you very much, Mr. Neubauer!

At the moment the LAsD website is not available. Have thereupon the telephone exchange there called to inform them - the lady on the phone was totally overwhelmed with it. She wanted to forward me to my clerk ... :-)

unfortunately there are absolutely incompetent people sitting there like a woman Hoffmann. Unfriendly on the phone, no understanding you can tell when she reports how little desire this woman has for her job. It's best to ask another processor!
