I give this a top ranking though it is by no means the height of luxury.
We use this as a transit stop when traveling through Europe mainly because they accept dogs, and because we get a lovely Greek dinner at the adjoining restaurant and a truly warm welcome on arrival.
Last time I noticed that the bedding in room 1had a foul smell. When talking to the owner about it we were immediately given a different room. I don't think the smell was caused by poor hygiene but rather that the bedding had reached the end of its usability and simply needed replacing.
I am very much looking forward to staying here again!
Cheap, large room. trains loud. Nobody in the morning. Difficult to checkout.
Ok overnight, good accompanying restaurant with good Greek food
Good clean rooms with bathtub brilliant beds great hospitality
