The coordination of the modalities and the delivery date turned out to be difficult as a private person, the Glogau company should operate better expectation management here and point out the special features before the contract is concluded. The constant references to the terms and conditions after commissioning left a bad aftertaste. The transport itself went smoothly. The very friendly and careful driver made a consistently positive impression. The boat arrived safely and undamaged.

Fast reaction times, high customer friendliness, reliable and punctual transport as well as agile problem solutions characterize the cooperation with this forwarding company. For a boat transport including harbor trailer from Austria to Spain were the conditions, even by many other companies involved, not easy, but it was excellently solved by the company Glogau. As a yacht broker, I am happy for my company to have found a reliable and competent partner and look forward to further cooperation in future projects.
