Absolutely not to be recommended! Extremely unreliable! We had arranged an appointment for moving our piano through the buyer of our piano, specifying the type, age and location (second floor), so that weight and size could be estimated in advance. Only one employee came to the appointment because the second was supposedly ill. After my research on the company, this has probably happened more often. This may also be true, so we leave this aside. Of course, the employee did not get the piano transported down the stairwell alone. One could have guessed, something like this will probably not be an isolated case. You will not have problems for the first time when an employee is absent. Well... The piano was "inspected" and a new appointment was made by us. No one came on the day of the second appointment. When we contacted us (whether someone else was coming), they supposedly did not know about the appointment and were not able to offer an alternative appointment in the near future. It was even assumed that this appointment would not have taken place, although we had phoned the same employee who made the appointment. The employee said that he (the client / us) had been told that the transport was not urgent and that he could contact us in the coming weeks to make an appointment. Fortunately, we were able to find an alternative at short notice because we had to vacate our apartment to move. We communicated this as well. It is completely unclear to us why nobody came to the agreed date. At least when asked, one could have admitted a planning error or the like and perhaps clarified whether a transport is possible at short notice or even other transports could be reallocated. Instead, people became unfriendly on the phone and even made allegations / false statements. Individual points such as planning errors, illnesses etc. can happen, but the process is completely dubious, unreliable and even "cheeky" from our point of view. We can only advise against this provider. Side note: We think it's funny that two of the 5-star ratings (without comment) come from users with the surname Rüther. Conflict of interest?
