Have opening hours to 18 clock (according to the Internet), there is not even a phone let alone an AB jumps to the says that we are overloaded or that you call outside of the talk time. You have to significantly improve this service. Or abolish the phone.

21.8.2019 Card in the box because nobody was there. OK. Did not know that something is coming. 22.8. Called, new delivery day agreed, with place where he can deliver it. Note on the bell, where he can deliver it. Come home, new note in box 😡. It's milking to the mouse. 😡

Delivery person does not seem to be able to read, there was a permission to the alternative location. Today 30.7. Stand on the note we come back on the 31st or 32.7 On the notification, no contact information nothing. The 1 star I give you that I can still laugh at the 32.7. Hope the poor guy is not waiting for the 32.7, he would be disappointed ....

Not signing up despite agreement. Nothing to say in the letterbox, without notice when another delivery attempt takes place. Tracking page does not work. Overall, very poor performance.
