Very good selection and usually friendly service. I recently found the statement of a saleswoman when I bought relatively expensive boots there strange, only that I know that there is generally no guarantee on the zippers there, because if they break (even during the guarantee period), this can only be wrong storage by customers and they would then recognize this from the creases in the shoes. I don't think that this is legally tenable and it doesn't exactly speak for the quality.
