Expensive repair without inquiry and clearance executed, it would have been only TÜV should be made. His comment on it: otherwise the car would not have come through.

I can only agree with the previous speaker. Press around the question for a cost proposal rum. Then demand outrageous surcharges on simple maintenance parts. Ford original parts I could get him cheaper by half, gross, including shipping (air filter, fuel filter, oil filter). Whereby he remained intransparent which manufacturer he took. But what was really frivolous: For 4.5 liter Fuchs Titan 5w30 are about 93 EUR gross on the bill. The identical oil I would have him for about 26 EUR, also gross including shipping procured. So he has demanded 3.5 times. So, after remonstrating, he said that he had a family to feed and that his supplier demands a lot of expensive prices. Then he pushes me a box with brake pads in the hand and has asked me if I know what that is. He has not changed any brake pads with me, so what did he want to tell me ??? Now I have asked the supplier and he told me that he does not have this oil on offer, but only known branded oils. Nobody has anything against it if they earn something with spare parts, but it should be fair.
Incompetent! Better look for another workshop! Dubious processing, no reliance on agreements, grammatically unacceptable cost estimate - in short, simply bad!
