Beautiful interior, good food, remarkably quickly served. Place enforces unrealistic rule prohibiting hanging coats on backs of chairs

Not special, but not bad either. Food (liver) was unfortunately very fatty and only lukewarm. Service and cleanliness were okay. Wouldn't necessarily come back here again.

Not too many dishes to choose from, decor a bit plain, but the food tastes good and the service is friendly.

We had lunch today (probably for the last time in the Ratskeller). Corona measures "no matter what" ... but that a guest is driven from the seat so that new guests can take a seat is not okay. It is not usual in any restaurant that a payment by EC card has to be registered in advance. The waitresses could have pointed this out in a friendly way beforehand ... but they were quite stressed at noon today and overwhelmed with their tasks.
