I have been trying to reach someone who can help me with my business license for a little more than a week now, and have been closely connected from colleague to colleague. Nobody could really help me so far ,,, I was only referred to a woman Meis ..... who, as expected, cannot be reached. The lady at the head office is apparently just as annoyed as I am with other people.

I was very well helped with questions about my income tax return. The lady on the phone was very nice and friendly.

My advisor was extremely rude and frustrated. You should take a training course in the field of friendly criticism. We are no longer in the 50s. Absolutely misses the job.

While my advisor was super friendly, the woman on the main number was extremely unfriendly. Absolutely missed the job! Why does someone like that work on the hotline?
