One star is still too many. Typical employers' association from which no help can be expected. Lazy compromises in arbitration, arrogant comments from the "chairmen", completely unrealistic assessments regarding the search for a new training office. After the verdict, a lawsuit was filed with the responsible labor court and the desired settlement reached with the trainer's lawyer. Then looked for an apprenticeship in an IHK profession in order to have nothing more to do with this association.
