Enterprise from hammer strasse is better than this.This company is a liar.Never gonna come here again.Very strange telephone operators.And very strange workers.

Super bad. I drove 9 km / h on the Autobahn. Sixt only forwarded the invoice from the city traffic office to me. With 25 € fees. Of course by email. I didn't have my e-mail account open for 2 weeks. For € 25, dunning costs and collection costs would be € 29. A total of € 54 for one info forwarding only.

A vehicle from the "compact class" group with 4-5 doors was rented. I got a Mini Cooper with 3 doors. Sixt only responded to multiple and massive complaints. It was not admitted that the vehicle did not correspond to the rented and paid class, but it was a little too good to accept a "special discount" (which was roughly the difference between the rented and delivered vehicle group). By the way: Sixt did not even manage to enter the correct return location on the invoice (despite a hint from me). (Just for clarification: the handling in the DB travel center, i.e. key collection and return, was flawless.) ADDENDUM on October 27th, 2020: Someone from SIXT replied very quickly to my critical review and asked to describe the details to him (see here under my text). I did that a day later. A month has passed since then and I haven't heard anything. - So just a feigned interest in getting things straight.

Sixt vehicles have been rented countless times. Always in perfect condition, fair prices, great service.
