Very unprofessional and rude staff. I was waiting for more than 1 hour and finally did not get a car because I could not wait anymore. They didn't seem to care that much anyway. Don't waste your time at this place there are so many better places to rent a car in Munster.

Reserved at the head office the day before and then dropped it when you pick it up at the branch with the disgraceful remark: "We don't have a car for you." Apparently they tried to contact me several times. No call to be found on my phone. Then the employee went back to her cell phone messages ... For me, that's it with Avis Münster!

Avis is the best car rental company for me. Always had problems with other providers, not at all with Avis. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Collecting and returning the car works without any problems and is always super fast. If the car is not available in the desired category, you will receive an upgrade - have already received downgrades from other providers. I am completely satisfied and happy every time to rent a car here.
