Incredibly bad service and arrogant, cheeky and unfriendly people who work there. Definitely not recommended. No star would be matched. Better look for another car rental company. Only hidden costs are waiting for you here.

You don't deserve a single star. I've never seen what this company attracted to me. Despite having made a reservation, the van was canceled 20 hours before it was dropped off and the only thing they could think of was: Sorry. The next day I have to hand over my apartment and all the moving things are in the apartment and I have 5 hours to get a new van, which is almost impossible at short notice. A dubious inhuman company. I should have reported them for damages. Better somewhere else, dear people, than at this company.
