On-site customer service was not helpful. Do only what you have to, if you have questions you get unfriendly answers.
Miserable internal communication. Apparently there are no computers here and everything is still written down on small notes, which are then immediately misplaced. Several times I was promised a callback from a workshop employee, several times there was no callback and I had to call myself to get to the x Time to explain my concern. On site at the agreed time, nobody knew what to do and everything started again with Adam and Eve. You don't need such a service. There are better Ford workshops, also in Münster!
Never again .... worst service I've ever experienced! Getting one on the phone is a thing in itself.
Unfriendly !! Customers are not dealt with correctly ... several nice employees but unfortunately incompetent (wrong job !!)
Not recommended. Zero stars.
Staff was very nice, the price was ok for an authorized workshop, but not exactly cheap.
I forgot to reattach a cover (I am 100% sure that it was still installed before handing it in) and after 15 days you will only be dismissed on the phone with the statement: There is no cover here and there was no cover, there is it Mechanic is very sure.
For me the last visit to this workshop.
The website says that the workshop opens at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, which Corona did not necessarily do. The given telephone number leads to an announcement that claims that you will be connected to the next employee and then throws you out. Gave up after three tries ...
Fortunately, there are still WM vehicle parts ...
