I live practically around the corner from the shop and due to the lack of alternatives, I regularly visit this shop. I can only agree with the reviews that have already been made here ... a cashier already mentioned here is enough as a reason to leave the store again. I myself work in retail on the side and if I dealt with my customers that way I would have worked the last day. Everyone may have a bad day, but the negative experiences I've had are obviously not an isolated case! I also do not attach any importance to this standard feedback because you should contact us by phone ... it would be appropriate to speak to the employees here.

The shop has changed a lot in the last few months, there is a high level of cleanliness, the shelves are tidy and the staff is largely very friendly. Unfortunately, you keep hearing how customers try to disregard the current “Corona protective measures”, so you can understand every employee who can no longer equate this with a smile. Like to go shopping there, we are always happy when the often described lady sits at the checkout and has a brisk saying on her lips.

By far the rudest cashier I've ever come across! Outrageous and absolutely confident! Maybe if you are so dissatisfied you should look for a new job. I no longer go shopping there, just like our neighbors and family no longer do.

I am really shocked by this staff! I went into the store 3 minutes before closing time, but I just wanted to quickly pick up a paid package. As soon as I enter the shop, I hear an unfriendly voice: "We're closing!" After I explained that I only want to pick up a package, the lady groaned and called her colleagues through the store that a package would like to be picked up. The colleague came completely annoyed and stood in front of me without a word, no greeting, not a word. I didn't know what she needed from me and said: "What now?" You: "Yes, what and now? You want something from me!" Shaking her head, she then picked up the package after I showed her the collection number she asked for. I still wish you a nice evening. I can understand that you're looking forward to the end of the day and I avoid going shopping just before the store closes, but I was late too, and unfortunately there was no other way. And if you had been friendly, it wouldn't have been so bad, I would have been outside in a minute. I'm a team leader in the customer service area, that's just not how you deal with customers. I imagine my employees would groan on the phone 3 minutes before the end of the working day and talk to customers like that. And the best thing to do is just hang up at 8 o'clock because it's after work. You don't feel welcome there, even though you pay for their jobs with your purchase. Especially in times of corona. And unfortunately it is not the first time that you have had this experience there. If you read through the reviews here, it runs like a red thread, and Rossmann apparently doesn't seem to care. I will only go shopping here in an emergency.

Anyone who asks customers to checkout at 19:47 in the current situation with the words: "We are closing now" and as the cashier, as well as 2 other employees, is unmistakably disrespectful to the CUSTOMERS about how impossible and outrageous it is 7:55 p.m. going to the store or not yet standing at the cash register HAS CHOOSED THE WRONG PROFESSION. Definitely my last visit to this branch.
