If I could I wouldn't give a star, but only for a certain employee. (Dark, shorter, curly hair, middle-aged) Today around 2 p.m. I was shopping in the DM market, since this woman has personal problems with someone I know, she does not need to have a proper "sales / cashier talk". No answer to my "hello" no "goodbye". I've always been a regular, but now I'm going to a different branch. Apparently this lady cannot separate personal and professional. That should be retrained for her. Otherwise a very nice DM branch.

I was at DM Westhoffstrasse 140a today at around 1 p.m. today, if you don't have a shopping cart that is from DM in Corona times, you will be snapped at someone else from Rewe is an absurdity. But why do you have so few of your shopping carts? The solution is in Brüningheide and Kristiansandstrasse, there you will find some. And next time I'll go to Rossmann again. AND FRIENDLY PERSONNEL DOES IT VERY GOOD TOO.

Dear Thomas Igl, as in every (grocery) store, the shopping carts at dm are counted so that not too many customers are in the market at once. REWE shopping carts have no place there, because otherwise the access numbers would not be controllable. Regarding the customer friendliness of the dm employees, I can only take my hat off if you can see how they are treated by SOME customers. The customers feel like royalty (which they literally should be), but sometimes have no respect for what the employees are doing in Corona times (including for you). I can only say good things about this dm market. If you look at your rest of the Google recessions, your rating cannot be taken seriously ...
