Extremely rude staff. Sometimes you don't even speak the national language. Dark, shabby, narrow shop!

Charging is not particularly inviting, sometimes smells unpleasant, as mentioned above, sometimes at the beginning. Organic products (except for eggs) and vegetarian alternatives are almost in vain here, otherwise, as already mentioned, you seem to oversleep so much. There has been no innovation since construction, neither in the appearance of the shop nor in the range. No concept is recognizable either. The rather below-average range is often incomplete and just what you need is not there again. Comes from Aldi, needs three more things, comes out without the three things because there is a yawning emptiness on the shelf. Disappointing. If you need spices you are in the wrong place anyway, it was never replenished all year round when we were shopping here. Sometimes it says "bottlenecks, there are supply problems", or "Ostermann is responsible for it, but you can pass it on". Well, instead, what's still there is divided into the empty compartments so that it at least looks full. You are amazed. You also sometimes have to be careful not to buy anything that has expired - on the other hand, you can save money with the many mhd goods. Too bad there is so much potential here.

Unfortunately, the staff are very rude to each other. The service at the meat counter I was sorry when she asked a colleague if this could help and this has answered very rude. If it would talk to a colleague like that, I probably would not have a job anymore. The woman at the meat counter was still very friendly to the customers!

We prefer the K & K supermarket on the Hohen Geest. Compare the meat counter with other K & K stores. The market on the Westfalenstrasse is dark and jumbled. THE RESPONSIBLE IN GRONAU ARE BLIND!
