Unfortunately bad experience. I bought a product to upgrade my leather jacket. Instead of improving the condition of my jacket, it was only defaced more so that I can now throw it in the bin. After I returned to the store and asked for help, I was thrown various excuses, from "It clearly came up with acid, someone doesn't like you?" until "Something went really wrong, but it has nothing to do with our product". Unfortunately, even after several attempts, no insight was shown, nor was any help offered to me, which is a total insolence.

Excellent! Has been there several times to shoe repair, always neat. Today I had the roof of my cargo bike repaired there, after two other shoemakers told me it was not possible. It went well and good. Very fair prices. Fast and reliable.

This place offers shoe repair services at cheap prices and good deal ... They really are great people. One of us does not hesitate when he needs to visit them.

Very friendly staff who do a good job cheaply. Already several times different shoe soles stick, for the small money I get no new shoes. I am glad to be able to use this service again after the departure from Münster. Memories of childhood were reawakened, my parents always brought their shoes there for repair.

I wanted to have a key imitated, after which I was told that the blank would first have to be ordered, which could take a few weeks. As I rely on the key, I went to another locksmith, where I could take the new key in a matter of minutes. And that for half of the price set at Misterminit. It may be that the blank was not in stock, but I personally would have liked a little more transparency and advice, because I do not know myself in this area.
