Your treatments very quickly helped me to be pain free again. In addition, Ms. ten Dam shows exercises for muscle stretching and muscle building that can be carried out at home to support the healing process and to additionally prevent the development of pain.
Your goal is not only to eliminate the pain, but to look for the cause so that the pain does not come back in the future.
Astrid ten Dam is a fascinating personality, spiritually open-minded, empathetic, an excellent therapist who pursues a holistic approach with high professional competence and great commitment, which is based on the individuality of the patient.
Ms. ten Dam provides information on the chances of a cure, practices different types of treatment with great success, and researches optimal strategies for problem solving.
She generously creates her own video sequences e.g. with individually adapted Qi-Gong exercises and also meditation and healing hypnosis designed and spoken by her for various life situations.
In my opinion, it is unique this comprehensive, encouraging individual support, for which I am wholeheartedly grateful to Ms. ten Dam.
