Although I do not know what you wanted to follow up, but apparently nothing meaningful came out, if after more than a month, nothing is reported, as advertised by you. Strange that after more than a month, nothing came out on your alleged follow-up; but it seems to be typical for you. Also very suspicious is that out of five positive reviews from your Google reviews, a mere three have just done a review on their profile and the fourth has just done 4 reviews in total. Very suspicious regarding the credibility of these reviews. Addendum to the cheeky answer of the owner: I am 100% honest and was a client of Mr. Giesen, who later told me, because you see no great prospects for success, the Honorable Lord suddenly rejects a representation in court and I would like to hire another lawyer, they even sent me the file per Email, so that another lawyer can read it, impudent stuff! First, collect almost 1500 € and then say, no desire to lose in court, so I throw in advance the shotgun in the grain. Absolutely incompetent and dubious due to changes of opinion. It is later claimed that something else has been agreed. Gladly I link an excerpt of your email with the refusal to be represented in court. And gladly, keep track of what you want, do not change the fact * loud laugh *. Fortunately, getting a correct and honest review from Google is difficult and time-consuming simply because it does not suit the owner. I hope, in the interest of others, that you comply with your agreements in the future! Incidentally, their answer is not even meaningful, they do not even have what it takes to write two different answers to me or TLN, just copy and paste is just time-saving, but quite ridiculous, so you just work at the law firm Giesen and Kehler * Kopfschüttel *. As a lawyer, I would not venture to speculate that two different people with different profiles and names were supposed to be the same person just because several people have the same opinion about this dubious law firm. According to the website, this law firm advertises a free initial consultation, but neither advises nor asks for the exact situation, but simply states that you first of all want a power of attorney and thus an order, which costs several hundred euros before you even receives a certain legal advice, which then turns out very poorly, according to the motto: With bacon you catch mice; pay first, before you will be helped. I can really only advise against this law firm, in the sense of any rationally thinking individual. Have a good time! - - - -> keep the truth The initial consultation is less a consultation than an invitation to place an order. Am getting rid of 1000 € for nothing at all, my case was later rejected by Mr. Giesen, after I had already transferred over 1000 € to him, for file inspection and a one-time letter to the other side, including the letterhead half a page included. Does not stick to collusion, later claims it was not like this or would have been discussed differently. Absolutely not recommended!

I was in the initial telephone conversation in terms of "fraud when buying a used car and therefore my desire to resign from buying a car," totally fair advice. This law firm is even so honest that they advise against going through a lawyer when it is predictable from the lawyers' experience that in the end, despite the right on my part, you will not get paid back. I was very impressed with this honesty. Another lawyer would have accepted the case, simply to earn money. I save the way for the dispute now. I can only recommend this office, because of the honest initial advice !!!

Really helped me well and saved the driver's license. Also informed about the price. Unfortunately I had to wait a bit despite my appointment.

Addendum; Do you know what? I would like to upload your bill censored. And another thing for the future: If you don't have a plan of the current legal situation, then simply reject the request. Let it be. You save yourself bad reviews and those affected can contact a specialist lawyer. ;) Addendum; How can you be so cheeky and assume something like that? If they were to do their job properly, the evaluation would not be bad either. If you ask 1200 € to make the statement that you see no opportunities there is just cheeky and unnecessary. Above all to take advantage of my ignorance. Sure, I need legal advice (€ 600) for an offense that is set anyway 😂 And if you have a problem with “fake” names, then at least now try to strain your brain and think about who I could be. And reviews cannot be shared with private individuals, apparently they have as much plan from the Internet as from their job. 1200 € For inspection of files. I could have saved myself the "advice". Consultation would probably not make sense before the files were inspected. Don't order this attorney when it comes to THC. He has no idea about the topic, just as little about medical cannabis. Statement: Even people with a prescription for cannabis are not allowed to drive a car, which is just nonsense.

Finally done. Thanks to the good and honest advice from the law firm KGSR - Giesen & Kehler, we were able to bring a dispute with a guest to a positive end. I hope we have no more disputes, but if we do, we will only go this way with KGSR. Thank you for the great support!
