Useless bunch. Extremely rude. I'm trying to pay for a fine that I've received in the mail which was in German. I don't understand German at all and because of this I have been trying to call. On the phone I tried to explain this but the gentleman whom I was speaking to simply repeated 'nein' and after a while just said 'tchuss' and hung up. I'm trying to call back but now they're hanging up immediately.
They say Germany is one of the leading economies in the world? Hard to believe with this childish behaviour.
I wish to pay this fine, but first I need to know what it is about. I will NOT pay unless I know.

Unfortunately I have to say that the employees of the State Office for Finance are hardly available and do not have the necessary information that is needed. The constant change of clerks doesn't make it any better. I recently got a new clerk who at least guided me through his commitment to give me 3 stars. Mr. Schelig is apparently one of the clerks who knows what he's doing.
No one there when you call or no answer
Can only join my previous speakers if you try to call it is pointless. I have been trying my luck until 10 a.m. since 8 a.m. No answering machine where you can ask for a call back. People who work can forget that this is not a service that is more than unreasonable!
