One star is too much! We rented a van for a move today. We were called shortly beforehand, the van wasn't there yet, we'd get it two hours later. Once there, however, the transporter was still not there, it was postponed for another 30 minutes. After the car was still not there after a total of three hours late, it was said that the van was still on the road. So we stood on the street with the moving helpers and the packed boxes. Finding a replacement on Saturday afternoon is almost impossible, but the friendly lady at the front desk tried very hard. So the decision for Trans Cars not only cost us a lot of time, but also a lot of money. Never again, absolutely not to be recommended!

We got a vehicle that was full of damage inside and out. Adblue system defective, the vehicle was no longer ready to drive, replacement vehicle also defective. Withdrawal from the contract and rented elsewhere.

It worked out great, I would like to work there as a vehicle fitter, full-time would be great.

I can not understand the negative assessment of the previous speaker. I think the company quite serious and never had problems. The team is conscientious with customer requests and the service is very friendly and patient (as often as I call and all possible demand, I would be more than annoyed by me) and answer any question competently. I can not get rid of that as fast as a customer 😊

Lent vans several times in different locations in the past years and was always more than satisfied with the handling and service. Can you recommend without hesitation. Klaus B. from GE
