Long walk to parking, always try to overcharge

Terrible service after booking a car. They did not wait 3 minutes that I arrived late to their office (arrive at 20:03), even after informing my train may arrive som minutes delay. Nobody answers telephone in Europcar. Nobody gives me a solution.

Charged 140EUR for fuel after they gave us a car that wasn’t full. Raised the issue and provided proof of the situation but still invoiced. No interest in helping the customer and it’s not looking good for us getting our money back. Use another company if you can.

Staff at Europe car Dusseldorf were extremely helpful. Car neat and tidy as you would expect and no dramas dropping off at a different location.
