If I could I would give you 0 stars. So of all four negative points, including "poor quality", "poor performance", "not professional" and "unpunctual" I was able to give you all four. As already reported by another colleague in the reviews, you are told that you can book cars there. Only after you have booked and paid do you get a call that you cannot pick up there. Well ... you can think of that quickly. Of course, the extra kilometers you had to drive to pick up the car from another branch were NOT reimbursed. So we even paid more. And that even before they try to rip you off. Instead of the 2 days that were booked, we were charged a full FIVE days. Which is absolutely drowned, lies and hairy rip-off. I don't know which middle school interns from the 8th grade you are hiring here, but that's just the bottom of all boxes. RIP OFF! EDIT: Thu, 09/10/2020: I am sending you the booking number in an email today, as you suggested, and I am very curious to see whether you can change this one-star rating. Your description is currently incorrect. We didn't have ONLY ONE PROBLEM. We had all kinds of problems. You have neither performed the required service nor correctly calculated, nor does your questionable company respond to telephone inquiries. EXTREMELY unprofessional behavior on their part. Unfortunately, I didn't look at Trustpilot.com before booking with them, because they got exactly ONE AND A HALF STARS from an INCREDIBLE 1340 reviews. You have to let that melt in your mouth. If I were to found a start-up with incompetent interns, they would probably still provide better service than they have done across Germany up to now. Otherwise these horrific national assessments would not come about. For that you have to do malicious rip-offs against the customers.

Instead of 202 euros, they spied first 502 then 285, then 85. Do not trust them with your bank cards! Sixt managers want to write off any amount of money from it!
