Dilettantism from start to finish! First of all: The rental vehicle was driving and had a reversing camera. No problems whatsoever on the tour with the Ford Transit - therefore 1 star. Everything else was shaped by inadequacies of all kinds: I booked an appointment online for a specific vehicle 3 weeks in advance. I called proactively in the morning 1 day in advance to see if I was registered. Was I. On the same day someone called me whether I would like to pick up my vehicle in Neuss - no, I don't want to. Would increase my time and mileage allowance. When asked whether the vehicle I wanted was there, I was hesitant ...! Unsurprisingly, it wasn't the vehicle I wanted, but an "upgrade", which isn't if I book a small vehicle with 3 meters of loading space for certain reasons and get 6 meters. They were completely unresponsive to this criticism and referred to a long-term rental (online tool so garbage or how to deal with it). (Example: if I want to drive an Audi and get a BMW, it is not an upgrade, but a completely different vehicle ...) During the day I was contacted 2 more times. The acceptance point is not manned and the question of whether I (as a customer) could go to Neuss ..... people, hire another driver! Handover at another location smoothly. However, it is not technically possible to credit me with 200 € of my deposit in this branch (I thought such a rip-off was more likely abroad), but everything would go its way and "be booked on the same day, at the latest on the following day." What can I say, 4 calls with 4 stupid excuses later "is already in the reverse process" "EDP error blah blah" translated: human error! I received the credit exactly 1 week later. Alleluia! And that in the age of same-day transfers. Conclusion: Anyone who would like to borrow any vehicle, would rather be treated haughtily than kindly, would like to make 12 phone calls for 9 hours for a rental van and would like to wait extremely long for their money, this is the right place! For everyone else: better rent a vehicle from a hardware store.
