Fantastic team! They prepared my KTM 1190 Adventure R for a 15000km Pakistan to Dusseldorf trip (two up through China, along the Silk Road, and then Belarus and Europe). Sascha and his colleagues never hesitated to take my call and answer questions along the way (leaking fork seals in Tajikistan). The team then did a thorough servicing at 60000km+. And are now about to do the 90000km+ following five months in Morocco (not all the time riding, my wife was learning Arabic). An extremely professional and friendly team. Highly recommended. The proof is that I don’t even live in Germany.
Great sales people. Very helpful even thought they were German and we spoke in English. Prices are VERY good compared to US prices, even after the $1.22 per euro exchange. Was never intimidated by the sales people when shopping for parts. 10/10 would visit again.
I made a test-drive today with KTM 390. Although a very good bike, unfortunately it was not exactly what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and easy going, something I appreciated a lot. Thanks for the ride and maybe we meet again for another bike :)
