Very good specialist advice on the subject of "Thule". Always friendly and fair, highly recommended! I have not yet got to know other services (workshop & Co.), but it makes a very solid and professional impression.

Still speechless .... I drove to the center to inform myself about Thule bicycle carrier and to take one directly if available. The conversation (obviously with an executive) went like this: Good day, "day, I still have a phone conversation", no problem, I'm interested in Thule carrier, "there you would have to sign up", I really only have a two Any questions? "You have to register, then I advise you, and the workshop is our main business, not Thule!". Then the gentleman turned away and apparently went to his telephone conversation. I am a commercial car owner and I am used to rough handling in workshops. But I have not experienced anything so customer-friendly. I notice that this workshop appears in the search for Thule on Google with several entries and offers, right at the top. The topic of "main business". This shop never sees me again.
