There are some negative reviews here, but I had the best experience there since I came to Germany. I explained to the lady from customer service that my German is bad and she spoke English with me. I was interested in buying a scooter and she spent around 30 minutes explaining everything I need to know. I was very impressed. At least at the reception I highly recommend her
