This is a great bio (organic) market in the heart of the city. It’s my local market, so I’m there quite a lot. They really have everything I need, and despite what some reviewers have said, I find the prices to be competitive. (Let’s face it, organic food is expensive, and will remain so until more people demand it.) They have a good selection of veggie/vegan food, as well as great beer and wine. Definitely recommended!

We bought a walnut bread and a rye bread from the bakery at Denn's. The rye bread was very dry and the walnut bread was without walnut kernels!! Total disappointment!

Unfortunately, at denn's I only got to know unmotivated and underpaid employees. I'd rather not tell you anything about mouse droppings behind the back counter. In an organic company in the high-priced sector, one expects that employees are treated humanely. Unfortunately, according to the employees, this does not seem to be the case there. The branch manager and district manager have never heard of employee motivation either, employees tend to be kept small and are not trusted to do anything. Employees are terminated on a Saturday without prior warning or transferred to branches in other locations without prior agreement - even if they are not mobile. Deputy branch managers are also affected, not just the "normal" employees. I wish the current employees in all branches all the best and a lot of perseverance as well as hopefully soon a livable wage and not just € 450 employees that will be replaced quickly. Then maybe the standard will rise again and people like to go shopping there again and have to do with motivated employees.

Generally a good selection, but everything was very tight and compact. Unfortunately there is NO sign at the entrance that you should take a car with you into the shop and is then rude at the checkout. ...find the mistake...
