Today I was again at Shell on Henkelstrasse 306, 40599 Düsseldorf, Unfortunately the colleague at the checkout was something out of the ordinary and arrogant instead of canceling goods and booking new ones that threw the money to the counter and expelled me to his wife or Girlfriend gone nicely put on a cigarette. According to him, he has been with Shell for 13 years, so can he do what he wants? I should complain to his boss ... I will do this until Dr. Fabian Ziegler Escalate. !! As we work together with Amazon and Hermes, our fleet of 1,500 large vehicles in NRW alone is at Shell Tanken. We will sit down together and consider whether we shouldn't refuel somewhere else.

Card reader defective! No possibility to pay by card. Will not be accepted. The customer in front of me did not work, not me, but of course the card reader is supposedly in order. Never again
