Simply awful. Extremely long queues. Staff who prefers talking to their friends among customers than checking out.

Good shop on Kölner Strasse. Everything you would expect in a drugstore.

Big compliments to Ms. Robling, who was our saving angel in the pre-Christmas stress! When I looked at an empty shelf with the cat food in this branch and asked Ms. Robling hopelessly, she left everything behind (she was just in the process of placing goods), came with me, promptly scanned the price tag on the shelf and was therefore able to understand that 16 packs are still in stock. Immediately she ran into the camp and looked for the wagon with the food I was looking for. In my main branch, where I looked at an empty shelf the day before, they once again only answered my question as to whether something was in the warehouse that they didn't know. I never knew that the employees could determine this so easily. Thanks again to the hardworking bee! Merry Christmas and stay safe!

One is accused of stealing something although it is not true and one has bought for a lot of money. Nothing else terrible. NEVER AGAIN .
