I finally decided to write it I'm a total rosmann fan and always go to rossmann ... but since the last incident in your branch I love to go to DM . Several months ago I was served very, very unfriendly at the checkout by an older blond woman. Unfortunately, I have never been treated so unfriendly ... even in the most stressful situation. I wasn't even greeted at the checkout even though I said hello I wasn't greeted back ... I wanted to use my app from Rossmann himself ... I breathed heavily and reacted very annoyed after I took my things and left said goodbye to me afterwards they shouted for me but I should sign and it was nagged at me .... am really disappointed because i did all my shopping with you ..... The other employees are really nice, especially the younger ones, but unfortunately the lady in blonde really put me off.

Such a beautiful market ... but after the introduction of the self-checkout, paying here became a disaster! Ridiculous short treadmill at the main checkout, so that a decent placing of the goods on it has become impossible! What did they think at Rossmann to shut down the market like this ??? And that before Christmas ... I would like to be cashed personally with a greeting and goodbye !!!!!!! Now it just means: Take the goods you want, leave the money here and disappear! I think I will be doing my shopping at dm in the future!
