VERY unfriendly staff! Before you could even say hello, they hissed at you. Dm should really get to know your employees better before they are hired! A waste of money
We were accused of theft because it took me a while to find the receipt for a product I already bought. But not only was she completely rude and impolite from the start, she also aggressively tore our bags off and started rummaging around. She could have asked if she could examine the bag briefly, but no, just tore it out of her hand and dig around. When she found the product, did she accuse us of theft ?! I told her it is not a stolen product if the security scans don't alert, but she claimed that some products aren't secured and even if it doesn't alert, if I don't show her my receipt, it's still considered stolen. If I steal something, it will probably alert or not? Of course, I couldn't find the receipt right away as I had thousands of receipts in my pocket so I wanted to look elsewhere because people were waiting behind me. She started moaning at me like I was trying to escape. ESCAPE ?? I was literally still in the store. When I found the receipt, I gave it to another member of staff who was very friendly. Suddenly the unfriendly was gone? If there is no other way and I HAVE to show the receipt, yes, that can also be phrased nicely and without being aggressive. Then I would never have complained. But this behavior is IMPOSSIBLE.
