DO NOT GO THERE!! They charged me 12 Euro for a common cold medicine! Bunch of money suckers.Shame of them for taking advantage of a foreign student. Such a shame!
It used to be my main pharmacy. You’re very competent there,
and is sufficiently cleared up.
And that's exactly why I switched, though
I personally know the owner, Ms. Werner, and you all
competent and lovely person.
But when everyone is served with this great dedication, it lasts
all of course very, very long.
It's great to be so well informed, but it did me
at some point annoyed if I just took a couple of pain pills
wanted to get.
Today, however, I had a small one at the shop window
Note saw - protective masks available at the moment.
I go straight in, I would like two masks! The answer:
only one per person, so far so good, but what does my husband do then
without mask!? But there was only one. After consulting mine
Man, he came over quickly and we were already two people.
And so my order was: twice a protective mask!
Annoying, but it works. Thank you.
Customer orientation and above all friendliness is unfortunately written very small in the Nord Apotheke on Nordstraße. A drug was sold that unfortunately does not meet the usual quality. Instead of making a complaint, the older lady tried to sell a new drug with rarely experienced unfriendliness. This should then also be paid on top. Problem-solving orientation and customer orientation unfortunately failed absolutely. Advice and service not recommended! There is plenty of great competition on the Nordstraße.
Unfortunately, one hand often does not know what the other one is doing. Recipes or orders disappear, nobody knows. But friendly and endeavored there is definitely.
Great advice. We have not been living near the North Road for a long time, but if it's not an emergency, we still get our medicines here.
